We went to the beach yesterday to try find some relief from the heat. I am happy to report that we did in fact find it.
Today we just ate corn on the cob and embraced the summer.Thursday, July 30, 2009

TODAY AT LUNCH. written by Tyota.
Today we had scrambled farm fresh, free range eggs and sprouted whole grain toast for lunch. As you may know, sprouted whole grain toast is not the softest food in the world. After I presented Prince Felix with his lunch he asked me for water, which I promptly provided by way of sippy cup. I then prepared my plate in time to turn around and see him sprinkling water onto his toast
before each bite. I just knew he was a genius and now I have proof!

This is little boy wonder(ful) smiling for the camera.

Here is Super Boy saying the word "camera" clear as day.

Not only is he brilliant but compassionate as well. Just look at him sharing his lunch with Russell the beggar.
I really wanted to add more her but Blogger must have a max on how many pictures one can upload per post and I must have reached my quota. It is probably a good thing because I could go on for days in this way, just talking about how amazing he is.

What I did today.
I ate chocolate mint cookies. Shhh...don't tell Mom.
What I ate today.
Oatmeal with hemp seeds and flax oil for breaky.
Roast beef, potaoes, and carrots for lunch.
Sprouted whole grain toast for snack.
I deserved a super thin cookie.
Highlights.
A really big poo, kind of softer that usual. What are they feeding me?
I went for a ride in the stroller to look for Russell. Couldn't find him.
I had a hard time waking up from my nap but I got lots of cuddles from Tyota an Uncle Sean and before I knew it I was wide awake.
Tara was here today.
Uncle Damon came today, he let me play with his phone.
